• Workflow: DAM Improvements & Emailing Feature

1️⃣ DAM (Digital Asset Management):

-Users can upload various file formats such as text files (TXT), Microsoft Word documents (DOC/DOCX), Excel spreadsheets (XLS / XLSX), CSV files, MP4 videos, and other video formats, to the DAM tool.

-The DAM interface allows users to view assets in increments of 2 rows, 5, 10, or all rows, facilitating efficient asset management.

-It’s also possible to edit assets by replacing the file, updating the thumbnail, and changing the file name, or delete them entirely.

2️⃣ Email Marketing:

-Users can collect data such as email addresses to create and manage newsletters efficiently, then distribute them to multiple saved contacts simultaneously, saving time and enhancing productivity. Additionally, they can track when emails are sent and monitor if recipients have opened them.

-Contacts can be imported in bulk into the CRM for personalized one-to-one communication or email campaigns.

-Once in the CRM, all contacts can be organized into specific contact lists, enabling better follow-up and streamlined management of your business workflow.
