Ya-Hub® and ya-hub.com (“The Platform”) are the property of the Ya-Hub Group (“Ya-Hub Group”).

Ya-Hub Group’s UK company, Ya-Hub Ltd., is based in London (86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2N 4NE, United Kingdom) and registered in England and Wales (No. 13341434 – VAT No. GB 379 6748 23). Ya-Hub Group has a US company located at 28 West Flagler Street, Miami, FL 33130 (Ya-Hub LLC – EIN: 38-4180213). Ya-Hub Group has commercial offices in France at 141 Avenue Félix Faure, 75015 Paris (Ya-Hub Paris) and in Madrid, Spain (Ya-Hub Madrid).

Confidentiality

The Platform runs under HTTPS with a valid certificate, guaranteeing secure communications in The Platform’s chat room. A Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed upon request between The Platform’s users and Ya-Hub Group.

Service

Ya-Hub® or The Platform is an online SaaS platform with non-binding service.

Payment process

Customers are to pay Ya-Hub Group upon every confirmed order by bank transfer or via electronic money. Payment terms are 100% upon ordering. Late payments of monthly or yearly subscriptions will suspend the service with 12-hour notice.

Free account (for Clients)

Clients can create their Free Essentials account here: https://ya-hub.com/go. The Free account includes all essential features. Access to the platform is free in this case, with no time limit, although the account may be terminated at any time by Ya-Hub Group at Ya-Hub Group’s discretion. Services can be purchased on the platform.

Pro and Enterprise accounts 

Clients and Suppliers can sign up for a paid account (Pro or Enterprise).

There can be 5 Free Essentials (Client) accounts linked to any Supplier; above 5 Free Essentials (Client) accounts, there will be an extra charge. Adding features to a Free Essentials (Client) account will result in an additional charge. Each Paid (Pro/Enterprise) account has a 20 MB upload limit, a maximum of 20 conversations, and a maximum of 20 projects; anything beyond that will incur an additional charge.

Web Scraping feature – Disclaimer

The built-in web scraping feature is intended for legitimate business purposes, such as market research and lead generation. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the feature complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Ethical usage is emphasized, with a strong recommendation against using the feature for spamming or illegal activities.

While the feature aims to provide accurate data (including email) scraping capabilities, no guarantees are made regarding the reliability or completeness of the information obtained, and users should be aware that interactions with third-party websites are outside Ya-Hub Group’s control.

The feature is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties regarding its functionality or suitability for specific needs. Ya-Hub Group does not guarantee that the feature will be free from errors or interruptions and retains the right to modify or discontinue the feature at any time. Users must acknowledge that they use the feature at their own risk and that Ya-Hub Group is not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from its use.

Additionally, users agree to indemnify Ya-Hub Group against any claims arising from their use of the feature. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including export control regulations. Ya-Hub Group may modify this disclaimer at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

Email Marketing feature – Compliance Terms & Legal Disclaimer

By utilizing the email marketing feature, users agree to strictly comply with all applicable local and international regulations governing electronic communications, including but not limited to anti-spam legislation (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, CASL). 

Users are solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining valid recipient consent. In accordance with anti-spam laws across most global jurisdictions, users are required to manually include a clear, accessible unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions in every commercial email sent through the platform. 

Misuse of this feature, including sending unsolicited emails (spam), deceptive subject lines, or engaging in fraudulent/phishing activities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination. 

Ya-Hub Group accepts no liability or financial responsibility for penalties, blocklisting, or damages arising from non-compliance with regional email marketing laws or sender practices.
