CONTEXT
Chic Styles®, a trendy fashion retailer, wanted to use social media to increase brand awareness, engage with its target audience, and drive online and in-store sales. To effectively achieve these objectives, the company aimed to develop an efficient and consistent social media marketing strategy.
Developing a strong online presence for Chic Styles®, raising brand awareness, and boosting customer engagement and sales were the main objectives of this social media marketing strategy. The company sought to showcase its products, establish a connection with its target audience, and increase revenue through the effective utilization of diverse social media platforms.
Chic Styles® would delegate social media management to a group of independent social media specialists. The team was going to execute the social media marketing plan, which included content creation, audience interaction, and result tracking.
In terms of content creation, multiple brief posts in all the targeted languages—French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, and Italian for Europe and the Americas—had to be made on Facebook, Instagram, and X. For the Asia-Pacific area: Thai, Arabic, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
Furthermore, it was necessary to update the brand’s social media pages for each target audience in order to promote the upcoming three-day event, “Textile Days in Paris.”
