CONTEXT 

 

Chic Styles®, a trendy fashion retailer, wanted to use social media to increase brand awareness, engage with its target audience, and drive online and in-store sales. To effectively achieve these objectives, the company aimed to develop an efficient and consistent social media marketing strategy.

 

Developing a strong online presence for Chic Styles®, raising brand awareness, and boosting customer engagement and sales were the main objectives of this social media marketing strategy. The company sought to showcase its products, establish a connection with its target audience, and increase revenue through the effective utilization of diverse social media platforms.

 

Chic Styles® would delegate social media management to a group of independent social media specialists. The team was going to execute the social media marketing plan, which included content creation, audience interaction, and result tracking.

 

In terms of content creation, multiple brief posts in all the targeted languages—French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, and Italian for Europe and the Americas—had to be made on Facebook, Instagram, and X. For the Asia-Pacific area: Thai, Arabic, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.

 

Furthermore, it was necessary to update the brand’s social media pages for each target audience in order to promote the upcoming three-day event, “Textile Days in Paris.” 

CHALLENGE 

 

Chic Styles® sought a comprehensive platform that would facilitate their ability to source copywriters in all targeted languages and quickly and effectively communicate with them.

 

Furthermore, the system would allow them to assign content creation components (posts and pages) to individual projects, track those projects over time and in real-time, and find projects under one roof—ideally with artificial intelligence (AI), as they believed that advancements in AI would eventually boost the efficacy of tools that use this technology more and more gradually.

 

It would also be possible to save content created in a secure, cloud-based environment within the same system.

 

Last but not least, Chic Styles® needed a system that would enable them to track project expenditures and pay suppliers (the social media copywriters) for their services after approving their estimates in advance. This was necessary because of the large number of copywriters involved in producing content in the various targeted languages. 

OUTCOME

 

Following an extensive investigation, a board member of Chic Styles® ultimately suggested that they utilize the Ya-Hub platform since he had heard nothing but positive things about this one-stop productivity platform. 

 

An online chat feature was integrated into the Ya-Hub to facilitate real-time communication. Users could exchange created content in a secure environment and store it on their designated cloud space within Ya-Hub. The integrated CRM module would allow for the sourcing of all suppliers and subsequent listing. 

 

A feature-rich project management module allowed real-time tracking of projects, complete with start and finish dates, budgets, and project descriptions displayed. Any project could be quickly located with the help of an AI-powered predictive search module. There was the option of assigning projects after approving estimates. All Chic Styles® team members were able to quickly become proficient with the tool without the need for extensive, expensive training thanks to the user-friendly interface’s simplicity. 

 

Not to mention, bills could be paid via the partner payment gateway Stripe, and spending could be tracked within the integrated bookkeeping module.

 

Ultimately, with the comprehensive and fully integrated Ya-Hub system at hand, the following were made possible:
