Blog

CONTEXT

Technology startup TechGenius was going to start a corporate blog on its website. The company specialized in machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).

The company’s goals were to educate its target audience, establish thought leadership in the field of artificial intelligence, and increase organic website traffic by using this blog as a strategic content marketing tool.

The primary goal of TechGenius‘ corporate blog was to provide valuable and informative content to its audience, which included industry professionals, researchers, and potential clients. Insights, information, and updates about AI and machine learning would be shared on the blog, encouraging reader interaction and trust.

TechGenius would work with an outside copywriting agency to set up a specialized content team that would be in charge of writing, polishing, and advertising blog entries. In order to create credible content, the team would work with subject-matter experts inside the business.

CHALLENGE

TechGenius needed a system that would enable a continuous stream of communication between the copywriting agency and TechGenius‘ project lead (IT department), as well as subject-matter experts (data scientists among them) within the company.

The system also required a cloud management space to enable easy access to the content created by the agency’s copywriters.

It was also necessary to be able to manage tasks.

The latter was also essential for setting priorities and designing the blog piece by piece, with the ability to grant different user types different levels of access to features.

OUTCOME

The Ya-Hub one-stop productivity platform was ultimately selected by TechGenius’ IT department because it made it possible to easily take advantage of the following:

-The secure Ya-Hub online chat enabled message exchanges and the sending of documents containing blog articles between TechGenius and the agency.

-After that, the files were kept on a dedicated cloud storage account on Ya-Hub, which any user could access, examine, and amend before sending the documents back once they were accepted.

-Additionally, the projects could be overseen and carried out in real-time for total transparency in the writing of the blog content.

–Finally, and perhaps most importantly, TechGenius‘ team (project leads and subject-matter experts) as well as the agency could always view the tasks created thanks to the platform’s integrated task management section.

Ultimately, with the excellent Ya-Hub system that made it possible to generate and verify blog content while meeting everyone’s other essential needs, everything came together flawlessly, and TechGenius launched and managed their corporate blog with the following results:

-Enhanced brand awareness and familiarity in the machine learning and artificial intelligence sectors.

-Improved credibility and thought leadership among professionals in the field and prospective customers.

-A consistent rise in organic website traffic brought about by educational and search engine-optimized content.

-A growing and engaged readership, cultivating a community of AI enthusiasts and practitioners.

-Insights from analytics to improve content strategy and continue delivering high-quality content.

Overall, thanks to the Ya-Hub platform, the blog went live, bringing the described benefits to the company and allowing it to grow further.
