What’s new?

• Workflow: Digital Asset Management, Chat & Email Functions Improved, New Head Menu 

1️⃣ Built-In Digital Asset Management (DAM) Capabilities:

-There are new features for managing your documents in the cloud from within your Ya-Hub account. The Assets can be accessed via the “Cloud” icon in the left menu.

-In this new section, each Asset is shown with its description, which includes the name of the Asset, the date of creation, the name of the creator, and a thumbnail.

2️⃣ Chat & Email:

–Chat: We replaced the Project and Media (Chat files) icons with more user-friendly ones.

-Email: There are now CC and BCC fields, as well as a button for receiving email sending receipts. Users can address multiple recipients in the “To:” field by adding a ; between each email address. The sender’s firstname and surname are now included in the email sent.

3️⃣ New Head Menu:

-For greater clarity and navigation, invoices/estimates/POs are moved to the new “Billing” head menu, while companies/contacts are moved to the new “CRM” head menu to the right of Billing.
