The summer is here, and so is v2.8!

What’s new?

• Workflow: Departments, Document Templates, and Email Tool Enhanced

1️⃣ Departments section:

-When a User clicks on a Department, the platform’s modules display its logo and interface.

2️⃣ Document Templates:

-The Users can create Templates within each Department they have created. As a result, the Templates can be used to store the Payment Type and Notes for invoices, estimates, and purchase orders. Users will select templates from drop-down menus.

-Typical invoice notes include the supplier’s bank information, estimates include the supplier’s terms and conditions, and purchase orders include the supplier’s project instructions to contractors.

-Users will then be able to reuse their saved Templates as needed, or they can continue to add free text to their newly created Invoices, Estimates, or POs.

-When we convert an Estimate to an Invoice or a PO, the original Estimate remains visible in the list of Estimates.

-A new field in invoices and POs now dynamically displays the name of the Estimate from which they were converted.

3️⃣ Email tool:

Users can now send emails from their account’s email address.
